The machines are in a fully functional condition. The system is mainly used for the production of profile beams (HEA; HEB; IPE, etc.) between 140mm and 700mm. Larger or smaller dimensions are possible.
The system consists of:
1) Kaltenbach circular cold saw HDM 1000 with CNC controlled angular cut setting up to 45° or 75° with a center distance of sawing and drilling system of 2.3m. The saw is equipped with: material sensor, hydraulic feed roller, extendable roller conveyor segment.
2) Wagner Profile Beam Drilling Machine WBX 1015 with autom. interchangeable magazines with air cooling device, spray oil device, roller. Holes over 40 to max. 50mm in diameter can be drilled with a special tool.
3) WMS 1015 length measuring device for sawing and drilling center with hydr. collet for smaller profiles from 80 to 50mm, parts with a length of only 300mm can be sawn with it.
4) Wagner DNC programming station
5) Signing stamp T13 is fully integrated into the program sequence of the sawing and drilling system.
6) Transport system consisting of:
– 8 cross conveyors with a length of 11m, system lift truck, divided into 2 separately operable sections
– Infeed roller conveyor with a length of 27m, roller width 1060mm.
– Outfeed roller conveyor with a length of 25m, prepared for at least 8 cross transports
– Drives and control of the system incl. additional control panel
