Condition: Functional. The production was stopped in the first week of January 2022. Until then, the machines have been running, regularly maintained and repaired when necessary. Since the manufacturer has optimized them in the meantime, certain functions are not available on the oldest machine.
Modifications of the 2nd machine: Automatic belt edge control for nonwoven layers, electrical nonwoven layer brake, wire sensing (wire layer ok, wire available), unwinding device for wire in case of bad quality, optimization of wire feed and fleece infeed area, quick change ultrasonic rollers with embossing (made in Germany), additional sonotrode cooling, reinforced cup chain, sonotrode drive ear band welding optimized, ultrasonic welding ear bands adjustable from outside, stacking device for finished masks improved, noise reduced pneumatics, device for mask printing (ink jet) available if necessary incl. printer, extended outfeed belt. The machine was rebuilt according to European machine safety standard (safety doors, switches, housing).

The machine was rebuilt according to European machine safety standard (safety doors, switches, housing).
