Your tasks:

• Making phone calls to customers (smartphone and business number will come from us)
• Creating customers in the CRM
• Support in organising processing and logistics
• E-mail correspondence in German
• Charisma and persuasiveness
• Working with text templates according to a predefined algorithm
• Preparing information according to specifications
• Researching information on the Internet
